Description: Etched Suit of Armor in the 17th Century Style. Measuring approximately 75-inches; 79-inches overall on the wooden base. Finely detailed pierced, fluted and etched elements. A great example true to detail and with the armor working as designed with articulated arms, elbows and leg joints. No visible maker's marks. Foliate and floral etching on most of the armor from the helm, breastplate to the sabaton. Sold without a sword. Internal parts hammered and fitted with rivets. Etched closed helmet. Possibly Spanish or Italian. Condition: Very good to fine with age wear. Light surface rust and patches of pitting present. Surface rust noticeable to Sabaton. Suit is a bit loose overall and needs tightening and adjustments to display properly. Some replaced parts.

Featuring a formidable spiked head measuring approximately 4 ¾-inches in diameter to the end of the spikes with an additional 3 ½-inch long spike emanating from the top of the head from a floral base. The entire mace is lightly decorated with etching in the Persian style. Condition: Very good. One spike (of the original 12) seems to have fallen into the hollow of the head and can be heard rattling around. The entire mace displays an overall dark patina.

Oldenburg Dragoon Regiment Number 19 Officers' Pickelha

Description: Oldenburg Dragoon Regiment Number 19 Officers' Pickelhaube. A stunning helmet complete and in exceptional condition. Leather body with fiber visors and silver trim. A tall 4¾" silver spike sits atop a silver cruciform base mounted to the helmet with four silvered star-head studs. One stud is of the threaded post variety, the other three are of the split pin variety. All retain what appear to be their original inner washers. The silvered eagle front plate has a Oldenburg crest atop a large convex silvered star. The front plate is mounted to the helmet via three threaded posts. All nuts and washers are present. There are no additional holes in the front of the helmet body. The brass chin scales are complete and in excellent condition and are held in place by silver bosses. Large two-piece cockades representing the Reich and the state colors of Oldenburg are mounted to the helmet. The leather sweatband has ventilation holes in the front, possibly a replacement and is in excellent condition. The original silk lining has moderate splitting .The helmet is stamped size 56. A paper label mounted to the inside dome is marked "Kammer", and the name is also written in ink on the inside of the helmet. Presumable this is the name of the officer and original owner of the helmet. The helmet is remarkably free of any crazing to the leather and is in overall fine condition.

Description: Fantastic Bavarian Reserve Officers' Model 1897 Pickelhaube. A beautiful helmet featuring a black lacquered leather dragoon-style body and polished brass trim. The cruciform base is mounted to the helmet utilizing three threaded brass star-head studs. Each stud retains the inner washer, though one stud, possibly a replacement is of the folding prong variety. The fluted spine is about 4½" tall and is mounted to the helmet with a retaining nut. The large Bavarian helmet plate is exquisitely detailed and has a rather interesting variation German silver reserve cross attached. The plate is affixed to the helmet body via threaded posts and nuts and there are no additional holes in the helmet body indicating the presence of another plate. The polished brass chin scales are complete and in excellent condition. The helmet features a two-piece Reichs cockade and a rather interesting one-piece flat Bavarian cockade. The officers' style liner has a 2½" wide leather band with a scalloped edge and there is no silk lining. There are no personalized markings, dates, or manufacturer's marks present on the helmet. The front visor is slightly loose, the top is slightly dented in, and the body displays some trivial crazing, otherwise the helmet is in fine condition and of a particularly nice quality.

General Leclerc and Pauline were married on the day inscribed on the coin. Note: Gun has not been authenticated. Condition: Fine to excellent. Retaining approximately 94-96% finish with a few signs of flaking handling wear and fine pitting. Few minor dings to wood. Action good. Normal age and light storage wear to display box.

Description: U.S. Model 1836 Martial Flintlock Pistol by A. Waters. Unserialized, .54 caliber, 8 1/2-inch barrel. Standard configuration, the lock stamped A. WATERS / MILBURY, MS / 1837 along with "US / LF / P." at the breech and visible inspectors cartouche on left side of stock. This gun is pictured in the book Texas Iron, Guns of the Texas Rangers, by Moser on page 24. Robert D. Moser Collection. Condition: Barrel has aged to a mostly mottled gray patina mixing with dark coloring and minor pitting at the breech. The lock is smooth and dark with minor pitting at the pan and with a soft action. The remainder of the metal, backstrap and triggerguard is also dark with a mottled patina and pitting. The wood appears to have been colored at some point, a few mars, dents and bruising present along with a few stress cracks and repairs. Action needs tightening. Bore dark.

Description: 19th Century J.R. Cooper's Patent Breech Loading No. 96 Rifle. NSVN, 26 1/2-inch octagonal Damascus barrel with front and rear sight. Plum brown finish with a walnut checkered straight half-stock. The hinged action signed and engraved with foliage JR COOPER'S PATENT / BREECH LOADING / NO. 96. Lockplate marked JR COOPER. Steel triggerguard with foliate engraved finial and steel buttplate also with an engraved tang. Note: According to Imperial War Museum, this mechanism was patented in 1835 by James Rock Cooper. Condition: Very good to fine as refinished. Traces of pitting throughout barrel and steel furniture. A nice brown patina adorns the rifle. A nice example of a scarcely seen gun or mechanism. Traces of mold on metal and wood from storage, should clean. Action good. Bore ok, needs cleaning.
