Condition Report: Welder pepperette has a tiny split to the lid below the "capped "finial. This "capped" area also appears to be a little suspicious and may well be a repair. There is an engraved armorial. Marks on base clear, lid marks rubbed but just visible. The other pepperette has an area of repair around the girdle approximately 1.25in in length. Marks to base clear although leopard's head very rubbed. No obvious marks on the lid. Condition Report: Engraved armorial is quite worn and the gauge of the silver is a little thin as it gives quite easily, possible removal? The underside has one quite large ding and two smaller dings. There is a also a small area where the skin of the silver has blistered. Condition Report: Both ladles have engraved armorials on the reverse of the handle terminals which are a little worn, moreso the Lamerie ladle. Apart from somne minor surface scratches, bumps and dings, conducive with age and use, the overall condition is good. Marks on both are clear, however the date letter and maker's mark on the Lamerie ladle are showing signs of wear. Lamerie ladle weighs 8 oz. The Lamerie armorial is a crow lookong upwards.
