Condition Report: The brown mark which is visible on the image of the map is an area of offsetting from another hand-coloured area of the map and it occurs to some extent on every map. There are also a couple of light marginal damo-stains to some of the plates, and occasional light spotting to plates and, in a couple of instances, to the text. The spine has been neatly rebacked, although the hinges are still a little weak and page xlvii carries an ironed-out centre crease. The 'Blair-Adam Garden...' volume includes a small closed tear to the lower right corner of the map, slight fading and spotting to the binding and a little rubbing to the spine.
