Description: HUGE WINE STORAGE JAR. China. Ming Dynasty. Dated 1596. Cizhou oven. Heavy, yellowish brown stoneware with white slip. Thin, transparent, partly crazed glaze. Painted with manganese brown. Egg-shaped on flat base, with a wide opening with short neck. In sketchy drawing bands with leaves and characters. Height 68cm, Ø 42cm. Condition B/C. A hole in the wall. Smaller part of the glaze flaking off. Provenance: -Private collection Bavaria. Grey stoneware with transparent green glaze. a) Bowl in trumpet shape with crazed glaze. Inside in deeper diagonal cuts. Part of the lip edged in silver. b) Bowl with sweeping sides. The outside with flatter cuts, inside carved with leaves. Each: Hight 7.3cm, Ø 18cm. Condition B.

Description: POT. China. Probably Southern Song to Yuan dynastie. 14th/15th c. Probably Longquan-Ware. Nearly white, heavy stoneware body with celadon green glaze. Bulbous pot with nearly straight neck on a high foot. Lip unglazed. The neck decorated with the Eight Immortals modeled in biscuit relief. Bottom inside and inside the foot ring stepped. Height 21.5cm, width 20.5cm. Condition A.
