[Anarchy] De practische anarchist, Met een voorwoord van uitgever en schrijver

Estimate: Log in or create account to view price data

Description: No place, publisher or year (ca. 1907), 28 p., original wrapper. Cover loose; with (removal) stamps of the I.I.S.G. The extremely rare original edition of this understandably anonymously published manual for anarchists. No copies listed in PiCarta, though that is not unlikely a consequence of the explosive contents. It is a short manual for the fabrication of boms, with information on explosives such as mercury fulminate, nitroglycerin, nitrocellulose, nitromannite and dynamite including formulas and recipes, the actual production of the bombs, the production of ignition liquid ("het is een uitstekend middel tegen smerissen"), narcotic cigarettes and invisible friendship ink. Also with a list of instruments for the laboratory. The book concludes with a short bibliography (with 9 titles, incl. two published in 1907): "Om zich beter ter zake kundig te maken raadplege men de volgende werken. In elk geval moeten de kameraden zich een scheikundige handleiding aanschaffen om de noodige bewerkingen te leeren."
