Description: A PAIR OF GEORGE III STYLE SILVER PLATED CIRCULAR FOOD WARMERS WITH COVERS Late 20th Century The cast rampant lions surmount the half spherical domes which cover the two handled trays, with heat spacers; the circular trays with gadrooned lips and shaped sides create the void for hot water to be placed within. Raised on cast acanthus scroll feet. Each dome bears the stylized inscription of a coat of arms. Stamped "ROYAL CASTLE" on the underside.
