Midnight Sun Antique Auction Company or consignors make no guarantees stated or implied to the authenticity, attribution, reliability of description, or period of any item included in the auction. Please verify our descriptions and carefully study the property before you bid. Condition reports are subjective and are given only as an opinion and to help guide prospective buyers and should NOT be considered as a statement of fact. All dates & measurements given are an approximate guide.

All payments are due after fall of the hammer. Please be aware that the Auction house will still require credit card (unless previously on file with Auction House) which includes Buyer's Premium and any other applicable fees (unless cash wire transfer arrangements have been made). Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of the Auction House. Payments unpaid or late will result in the account being sent to a collections agency. This can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Your bidder registration has been researched before approval for bidding at auction. All items will be sold in order of Lot Number. No Lot Number may be transferred to another Buyer

Bidders are solely responsible for their winning items once the Auctioneer declares them "sold" . If the occasion arises, the Auctioneer may use his/her discretion and "pass" on an item if he/she feels an item has not received an adequate bid. We, as the Agent for the consignors, must also protect their interests. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own property.

Midnight Sun Antique Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the Sale or to reject a bid from any source from any bidders at any time.

Payment:
All purchases are to be paid for at the end of the Sale. We accept Visa / Mastercard / Discover/Amex, Paypal. Successful bidders can pay invoice online received after auction. Online bidders will pay 20% Buyer's premium in addition to hammer price as stipulated in the online terms and total payment. Items are packed & shipped once shipping fees are fully paid. If we do not received payment within 4 days, we will attempt to charge card on file or contact you. Late payments will be accepted at the descretion of the Auction House.

Online bidder shipping fees will be included on invoice unless winning item(s) oversizes, multiple or shipped International. In this case, shipping will be paid separately and notified of total amount. Third Party Buyers will be responsible for payment of total invoice.


Shipping Terms:
All items are shipped from California, USA. Midnight Sun Antique Auction Company will provide free inhouse handling for most items although outside handling may be required for oversize, fragile or heavy items ( bidder can arrange own shipping & payment). Bidders will be responsible for total cost of shipping, pack matl (any handling) & Insurance charged on total purchase (unless contacted after auction for pick up arrangements). Contact Auction House after 24 hours with special shipping requests or to arrange pick up. Any shipping to different address from billing may need extra verification processes.

All shipping costs will be at a competitive rate & shipped either Priority USPS or UPS (International except Canada will be shipped USPS insured if available) determined by Auction House.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS before bidding, please be aware for of your country's Customs requirements or limitations. International Winning bidders will be responsible for full payment irregardless of any shipping limitations, Customs holds or fees incurred. Contact auction house with any inquiries.

All purchased items will be held for collection for 7 days & thereafter storage fees will be charged. Midnight Sun Antique Auction Company will attempt to ship item(s) no more than 10 business days after payment unless other arrangements made. We endeavor to give your items the utmost protection during the delivery process. Midnight Sun Auction Company will not be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit
Sales Tax California Residents only:
For U.S. California resident bidders only. We are required by law to collect California Sales Tax which will be added to the total invoice (as of 1/2017 is 8.75 %) unless items are being purchased from out of the State of California.
