Loman Jr., (1867). - Yellowed/ sl. browned; partly sl. foxed; folded twice and (closed) tears along folds (w. (sello)tape on verso). = Shows Van Niftrik's expansion project. It was soon rejected because of the extreme reparcelling of the area it dictated, which, in combination with the thereby necessary extensive expropriation, would be too expensive. Ten years later, Jan Kalff created a new plan, based on the old agricultural allotment, much more practical but much less imaginative. This is a very rare plan, printed in 200 copies for municipal use only, and not sold in trade (Hameleers, Kaarten van Amsterdam 7/3). SEE ILLUSTRATION PLATE IV.
