Description: Abdullah Frères Views of Constantinople Views of Constantinople and group portrait of Bashi Bozouks. 1860s-1880s. 9 albumen prints. Each circa 25,5 x 20 cm and 21 x 26 cm. 2 signed Abdullah Frères and 2 signed Sebah in lower edge in the negative, each mounted to board (slightly soiled) and annotated in ink below the image on the mount. Some prints are parts of panoramic views of Constantinople. - Some faded, otherwise most in very good condition.

Description: Artisan Portraits, Kingdom of Hanover Artisan portraits Photographer: G. Hornemann & Co., Hannover. Artisan portraits, flags and decoration of various trade groups of the Kingdom of Hanover. 1850s. 42 coated salt prints, some with arch-top. Between circa 11 x 8 cm and 19 x 15 cm. Each mounted to original card (minimal foxing/soiling, slightly warped), some with pencil sketches on mount recto; several with photographer's stamp on mount verso. A few with spots and surface scuff marks, otherwise most in very good condition and many with a strong violet-brown tone.

Description: "Auguste Victoria" Nordlandfahrt Travel album Auguste Victoria Nordlandfahrt Photographer: Wilhelm Berges. Souvenir album of the Nordlandfahrt of the Auguste Victoria. 1894. 44 collodion paper prints. Each circa 16 x 22,5 cm and 22,5 x 16 cm. Title and number in the negative in lower edge, mounted to album boards (slightly warped, some foxing, soiled at ends), bound in contemporary half-leather album (edges rubbed, a few stains) with gilt-stamped title Nordlandfahrt der Auguste Victoria. The images show people, villages and landscapes of Norway and Spitzbergen, as well as groups of travellers and some views of the ship. - Some faded, especially in edges, a few with light scuff marks, otherwise most in good condition.

Description: Athanassiou, Co. and D. Konstantinou Views of Athens General view of the Acropolis and views of other temples in Athens. 1870s. 5 albumen prints. Each circa 27,5 x 37,5 cm. 4 with numbers in the negative in lower right and 1 with signature of D. Konstantinou in the negative cut off in lower edge, but still partially visible, each mounted to grey board (some traces of use/soiling). The other temples include the Erechteion with the Porch of the Caryatids, West front of the Parthenon, the Temple of Athena Nike from the south and the temple of Olympian Zeus. - Surface scuff marks, Acroplis view with spot in upper right, some with slight damage in negative, otherwise in very good condition.

Description: Barker, George Niagara Falls Niagara Falls. Circa 1888. 2 mammoth albumen prints. 53,5 x 42,8 cm (55,9 x 45,5 cm). Mounted to original board (traces of use and glue residue from previous mounting, foxing on the verso). Slight surface soiling and scratches, one print with oxidation mirroring along right side, otherwise large attractive prints in very good condition.
