Frederick Harold Doyle was born on 13th October 1896 in Toronto, Ontario. He joined the CEF on 21st August 1915. Frank Arnold Hirsch was born on 30th April 1889 in Johannesburg, South Africa. He joined the CEF as a Cyclist on 27th November 1914.

John Ross was born on 28th May 1892 in Foindle, Sutherlandshire, Scotland; he joined the CEF on 26th December 1915 having seen previous 2 years service in 2nd Lovat Scouts Yeomanry. His profession on enlisting was a Police Constable.

Description: World War One : British War Medal to an Officer awarded a Posthumous Military Cross, 1914-18 British War Medal (impressed: LIEUT. L.F. ROBINSON). VF. Leslie Fergus Robinson was born on 14th November 1891 in London, England and joined the 30th Bn C.E.F. on 11th November 1914 in Victoria, BC, having seen four years previous service as a Lieutenant in the Royal Engineers. He embarked for England on 26th April 1915 and was taken on strength of the 16th Bn in France on 19th September 1916. He then took a commission in the Imperial Army and transferred to the Royal Field Artillery. He was killed in action on 27th September 1918 and was awarded the Military Cross posthumously. Military Cross - London Gazette No. 1687, 1st February 1919: "For conspicuous gallantry near Boneliaveanes, 1st September 1918, with a mounted patrol when he pushed forward in spite of considerable hostile fire and obtained valuable information, thus enabling the batteries to engage good targets and inflict severe loss on the enemy." Sold with a copy of CE Service Record and Imperial Army estate file on CD-Rom.

Description: World War One : WWI 1914-18 War Medal, (impressed: LT. COL. W.J.O. MALLOCH). VF. William John Ogilvie Malloch was born on 10th August 1869 in Clinton, Ontario. He attended Clinton Public School and High School. At University College he obtained during 1887-91 his BA, his M.B. in Medicine between 1896-97 and F.R.C.S. in 1906. He practised in Toronto then became a member of Staff at Toronto General Hospital. Then becoming a member of staff at Faculty of Medicine at University of Toronto. He joined the CEF Army Medical Corp on 1st April 1915 and was appointed to No.4, University of Toronto General Hospital. He reached Salonica with this unit in November 1915 and served with it throughout until his return to England in 1917. He was in charge of surgery at No.16, Ontario General Hospital in Orpington for a short period then he rejoined University Hospital at Basingstoke. He returned to Canada on 5th February 1919 and immediately fell ill with pleurisy which he died of on 18th February 1919.
