Condition Report: Very dirty, yellowed varnish. Frame rubbing resulting in losses along the outer edges at canvas overlap. Scattered craquelure. A small dent has formed in the lower right corner from an old nail having fallen between the canvas and the stretcher (had not pushed through.) The canvas is dry. Another small, less obvious dent in the lower left corner, presumably caused by another nail. Appears to be 1 1/2 inch area of repair in the building at lower center right.
