"Hannah Fling Sampler Aged 13 Years Anno Domini 1810" at lower center, surrounded by trees, birds, vines and potted plants. Upper section with "My parents are David & Tabitha Fling and my brothers are E... James David & John Fling". Verses "Be Christ my pattern and my guide! His image may I bear! O may I tread his sacred steps And his bright glories share", "This work of mine my friends may have When I am in the silent grave" and "That they may read and look upon And think of me when I am gone" at center. Floral border. Evenly toned. Colors evenly faded but remain somewhat strong. 18.5" x 14.75" sight.
