A couple of signs of use, 2 plates with a marginal short closed tear not touching image, but generally a good copy.Extracted complete from volume 1 of an edition of 'A Collection of Voyages and Travels, some now first printed from original manuscripts ; others now first published in English ; with a general preface, giving an account of the progress of navigation from its first beginning.' [A.& J. Churchill] London, 1704-1732 and later. It is not clear which edition this is as the volume was defective. Each of the narratives the work contains is complete in itself with a separate title page.
