Description: A rare, hollow merganser decoy from the Bob-O-Del Gun Club rig. This club was founded by members of General Motors on Middlemoor Island, which is now part of the Assateague National Seashore. Their decoys were branded "O" under the tail with a piece of red-hot, cast iron pipe. The decoy also bears a "Mackey" collection stamp on the underside.
