Condition Report: the heavy brass case shows signs of having been silver plated at one time, but little remains. The brass has an old patina. The silvered chapter ring shows some tarnish and behind it is metal with a mottled surface. The beveled glass has some chips on the top left edges. Condition Report: very good original condition with a few small veneer losses on the front door and a dent on a wood side panel. The reverse-paint lower glass is fine, and the painted metal dial has just tiny chips at the winding holes. The balance-wheel movement strikes but does not tick although the staff looks okay. Ht 25"
