As follows are the descriptions that correspond with the listed photos: 1] Charles II of England signed, hand written letter with watermark; Whitehall, August, 16, 1672.
2] Louise de Kerouaille [Duchess of Portsmouth and Aubigny] signed, hand written letter; from October 11 [year is illegible].
3] James II of England signed, hand written document with watermark; May 11, 1685.
4] Charles Sackville [Earl of Dorset] signed, hand written letter with watermark and remnants of red wax seal; June 6, 1696.
5] Charles Sackville [Earl of Dorset] signed, hand written letter with watermark and remnants of red wax seal; also includes several other signatures including Pembroke, Lonsdale, Bolton, and Ferrers[?]. Kensington, April 11, 1700.

But, it is still largely in tact.

It is signed by all the three commissioners" as stated on an accompanying piece of paper. ***Please note, the paper is beginning to separate where it has been creased.
