Here at West of England Auctions we pride ourselves on offering a personal, friendly and efficient service.

West of England Auctions is under the daily supervision of the Proprietor, Warren Hunt, who will endeavour to meet and become acquainted with each client's individual requirements.

Our staff are all friendly, professional and approachable.

We provide a range of services for sellers and buyers.

Inspections

Should you wish to sell, your property will be inspected and appraised completely free of charge and without obligation to sell.

Collection

Upon receiving your sale instructions, arrangements can be made to collect your property and transport it safely to the Saleroom.

Entry

Your property will then be entered into the next suitable sale - for example, we run General Sales and Specialist Sales of Antiques and Works of Art, Select Silver and Jewellery, as well as sales of Traditional and Modern Furnishings and Effects.

Storage

Should any item require storing, prior to sale, this is provided completely free of charge.

Catalogues

Catalogues are prepared and sent to clients on our extensive mailing list, which includes Collectors, Dealers, Museums and Galleries. In some cases, individual items may benefit from an illustration, to bring valuable and unusual pieces to the attention of a wider range of potential purchasers. Should you require this facility, it is readily available.

Advertising

Let our extensive advertising, both at home and abroad, work for you. It will ensure the maximum exposure of your property to a large number or potential purchasers.

Viewing

For the past twelve years we have found our week-end viewing, prior to our Monday sales, to be the complete recipe for success, providing the opportunity for those too busy throughout the week to view at their leisure on a Saturday morning or a Sunday afternoon.

Valuation

Valuations are undertaken for the purpose of Sale, Insurance, Probate and Family Division.

Removals

Quotations are given on request, for single items or complete house removals. Local, or to any destination in the United Kingdom. Overseas shipping can also be arranged.
