Meet The Team

Rob Weisberg
Rob Weisberg, Chief Executive Officer

Rob Weisberg joined Invaluable in October 2012 and brings over 20 years of consumer marketing and Internet technology experience to the company. Prior to Invaluable, Rob was Chief Marketing Officer at Zipcar, where he led the company to 760,000 members and through its 2011 IPO. Before Zipcar, Rob was Vice President of Multimedia Marketing at Domino's Pizza, where he launched online ordering. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester.

Bill Burke
Bill Burke, Chief Financial Officer

Bill Burke joined Invaluable in 2014 and brings years of experience leading a number of technology companies through rapid growth to successful exit. Prior to Invaluable, Bill served as CFO at SiGe Semiconductor which agreed to be acquired by Skyworks Solutions just prior to SiGe's IPO roadshow. He also served as CFO at Riverdeep Interactive Learning, which raised $140 million in its IPO, and later acquired Broderbund Software and The Learning Company. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

D.J. Charles
DJ Charles, Chief Technology Officer

D.J. Charles joined Invaluable in April of 2013 and brings over 20 years of technical Interactive, e-commerce and enterprise mobility experience. Prior to Invaluable, D.J. was the CTO at Perillon Software, provisioning high-volume SaaS-based systems for global companies. Before that, he served as Chief Architect at Intuitive Manufacturing Systems/SupplyWorks, where he developed e-procurement and shop-floor replenishment platforms for the retail and automotive industries. He has also contributed to technical solutions for hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.

Sean Quimby
Sean Quimby, Vice President of Operations

Sean Quimby is Invaluable's Vice President of Operations, with a focus on global sales, customer experience and operational excellence. Prior to Invaluable, Sean served as Global Head of Human Resources at Zipcar, where he helped to grow the company from 150 people to more than 800 employees across four countries. He also has extensive experience working with growth-stage companies and building teams within consumer, service, hospitality and technology sectors. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire.

Josh Hale
Josh Hale, Vice President of Product Management

Josh Hale is Invaluable's Vice President of Product Management, leading product, design & UX strategy across the company's three web properties and RFC Systems, the company's auction management software. Prior to Invaluable, Josh was Vice President of Product Development and User Experience at BuyerZone.com, which was acquired by Reed Business Information in 2007. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College.

O'Neal Rowe
O'Neal Rowe, Vice President of Marketing

O'Neal Rowe is Invaluable's Vice President of Marketing, where he is focused on building the Invaluable brand and growing the demand side of the marketplace. Prior to Invaluable, O'Neal was Director of Marketing at Zipcar, where he was responsible for new member acquisition and engagement across traditional and digital media that grew to over 750,000 members over a five year period. Before Zipcar, O'Neal was Director of Global Brand Marketing at The Timberland Company. O'Neal holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.

Scott Miles
Scott Miles, Vice President of Sales

Scott Miles is Invaluable's Vice President of Sales, leading the global sales team to grow the company's relationships with auction houses around the world. Prior to Invaluable, Scott was Senior Vice President of Sales at Live Auctioneers, where he spent 10 years overseeing all sales and retention activities from start-up requirements to scaling the business globally by rapidly growing the client base. Scott also has held senior business and operational positions with multiple large regional auction houses. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts from Susquehanna University.

Rod Funston
Rod Funston, EVP, Auction House Systems

Rod Funston is Executive Vice President, Auction House Systems at Invaluable, where he is responsible for auction house systems and business development. Rod has been designing and developing database applications for the fine art and antique auction house businesses since 1987, and merged his company, RFC Systems, with Invaluable in 2006. Prior to joining Invaluable, Rod developed back office and internet systems for many of the world's leading auction houses including Phillips, Doyle New York, Tajan and Bonhams.
