Description: AutographsRonald Reagan as California Governor "Doodles" His Art(RONALD REAGAN) (1911-2004). Fortieth President of the United States (1981-89), Prior to that, 33rd Governor of California (1967-75) and a Radio, Film and Television Actor.March 26, 1969-Dated, Handwritten "Doodles" in ball-point pen by Ronald Reagan, as California Governor, upon a 2 page, 8.5" x 11" mimeographed Agenda Sheet, Choice Extremely Fine. This Agenda was for the "Trustees of the California State Colleges." This meeting took place at California Polytechnic College, and the 2 pages feature printed talking points and presentation order for the meeting. Reagan has personally checked off each item on the agenda and has doodled Western and Sports Caricatures as well as cartoon likenesses over all the margins. Also accompanied by a copy of a political newspaper cartoon that pokes fun at Reagan's own reputation for doodling. This item and the artworks upon it display very well as they are deep blue, sharp, crisp, and quite well executed. Rare.
