Condition Report: Framed: 84 x 61cm '2nd Moonlight Etching' has some scuff, scratches and abrasions to the printed area. There is a little discolouration starting to emerge to the margins. 'A Scottish Daybreak': brown speckles and foxing throughout. 'Black Bridge': the black has a milky appearance with some darker patches, please refer to illustration. Not viewed out of glazed frames.

"Norman's works are instantly recognisable for their breathtaking and sensitive renditions of the majestic landscapes he adored. He was a master of the etching plate and managed to use aquatint as if he were painting with watercolours. Many argue that there is more colour in one of his etchings than in most artists' paintings. He was the finest etcher of his generation and a figurehead for printmaking everywhere.
