George Conrad (b. Newark, NJ, 1916) was a prominent New Jersey artist and educator, member of the New Jersey Council on the Arts and chairman of the

George Conrad (b. Newark, NJ, 1916) was a prominent New Jersey artist and educator, member of the New Jersey Council on the Arts and chairman of the Art Department, Glassboro State College (now Rowan University). He was a profilic painter and printmaker throughout his life. The following lots are from the collection of the artist. "Three Graces," oil on canvas, 38" x 32", signed lower center and dated 1998
