Image measures 4.75 x 6 with a framed size of 16.25 x 15.5 inches. We happily provide seamless in-house packing and shipping services on nearly everything we sell. Unter Passepartout mit Kordelbindung in OBroschur (diese leicht fleckig und abgegriffen). Paris um 1920. Nicht bei Monod. - Eines von 25 römisch nummerierten Exemplaren der "2ème Suite" der "Vieilles demeures historiques" als "Epreuves d'artiste" rot gestempelt und bezeichnet. Die Blätter, die die alten Pariser Herrschaftshäuser, Portale, Balkone, Fassaden etc. zeigen, sind vor allem durch die zahlreichen "Croquis" bemerkenswert, die entzückenden und höchst fantasievollen Randzeichnungen und Kritzeleien, die der französische Graphiker Jean-Jules Dufour (1889-1945) direkt in die Platte ritzte. Während die Passepartouts nur das Hauptbild zeigen, eröffnen das Aufklappen dem Betrachter wahre Wunderwelten mit Hunderten von Geschichten über das Alte Paris und seine geheimnisvollen Gassen. - Nur stellenweise minimal gebräunt, insgesamt sauber und wohlerhalten, sehr schönes Exemplar. Von größter Seltenheit, kein Exemplar über das KVK, Worldcat etc. nachzuweisen.
