The present work shows a very expressive portrait of Alfred Hitchcock in profile at the movie premier 'Family Plot' on 21 March 1976 in Putt's Century Plaza Theatre I the ABC Entertainment Center, Century City, Los Angeles. The 53rd and last movie of the great director opened the former film festival 'Filmex' (International Film Exposition) on that evening. The vintage print shows the artists stamp 'RON GALELLA © 1975' paste over by two stick-on labels of the Agenzia Masi, Milan. Furthermore the work is inscribed by a typographical label 'Mar 21, 1976: Alfred Hitchcock at the „Family Plot" premiere at the Century Plaza Hotel.'
