Titled, "Mushrooms By Lee Godie," a figural self portrait produced in the artist's self taught Outsider style, depicting the artist and mushroom forms. Artist signature and title to top. The artist, whose work is held by the Hayward Gallery in London and the Smithsonian American Art Museum, is often considered Chicago's most collected artist. Presented in a decorative gold tone frame. Sight size measures approximately 29.75" x 9.5". Dimensions: 30 X 10 X 1 in. Condition: Good overall condition having mild surface wear and toning. Frame having mild to moderate wear to edges and corners. Estate fresh to the market.
