As a master of sculpting during the Art Nouveau period in Europe, artist Franz Iffland is best known for his figural sculptures of children and portrait busts of young women. Later, during the Art Deco period, Franz Iffland bronze sculptures were primarily female nudes and people of the working class. In 1892, he exhibited his sculptures in Berlin at the Great Art Exhibition. Strong lines and fluid movement are key features of Franz Iffland bronze sculptures. He created beautiful patina figures in various settings, including sporting, dancing, and wildlife.
