Considered the successor to Thomas Nast as one of the greatest political cartoonist of the 19th century. This lithograph is the resigning of Republican Senator Roscoe Conkling, while other senators dance around his balloon hot air. Wonderful colors, nicely matted and framed. Measures 19x26.
