Tranquillo Marangoni (1912-1992) two pencil signed and numbered etchings framed. The smaller is signed lower left and numbered '8/150' upper left. Image size measures 4.675 in. x 6.125 in., frame measures 10.75 in. x 9.5 in. x 2 in.; the larger is signed and numbered '78/100' lower right. Image size measures 5.675 in. x 9.375 in., frame measures 10.5 in. x 14 in. x 2 in. Weigh as set 5 lbs. If lot is absent of a condition report one may be requested via email. Condition report is provided as an opinion only and is no guarantee as grading can be subjective. Entro passe-partout con numerazione progressiva 1-25. Rara suite di prove d'artista appartenuta a Mimmo Guelfi, xilografo e amico di Marangoni. Le stesse xilografie comparvero non firmate nella cartella Friuli stampata per il LXXV anniversario della fondazione della Cassa di Risparmio di Udine, stampata in 1000 esemplari numerati di cui 500 esemplari fuori commercio e 500 il cui ricavato fu devoluto a beneficio dell'Opera Nazionale per gli Orfani di Guerra. I legni originali furono distrutti con verbale notarile. (25).
