R.E. Marble (1883-1938). Ray Elmer Marble (Montana, 1883-1938) was an iconic Montana photographer who had a studio in Belton, Montana and Whitefish, Montana and was hired by the Great Northern Railway to take scenic pictures of Glacier National Park for its railroad brochures until 1924. Renowned for his striking photographs of Glacier National Park, photographer, Marble's works is highly sought by collectors.
