He travelled widely and produced etchings of architectural subjects in France, Italy, Spain, Belguim and Holland as well as British cities and many of the west country and his native Bristol. Frost and Read produced much of his work. Lived in Portishead, Bristol and laterly in Cornwall. The City Art Gallery, Bristol, holds his work.
