    (Germany/Georgia 1906-1990) Very rare hand sculpted and alkaline glazed sculpture titled ÒMamaÓ and dated 1974. The figure of elderly Southern woman in a rocking chair having been elegantly sculpted and glazed in an earth tone alkaline. The top of the rocking chair has an early re-secured segment at both sides but all pieces are original and this is quite tight. Signed at the underside. H6"
