Fred Trask (Canadian, b. 1946) "The Princess Helene Coming In", acrylic on canvas board, 1977. Signed on front and back. Unframed. Fred Trask is one of Nova Scotia’s most beloved folk artists. He was the son of a barber from Digby, and began painting in the 1970s. He is well known for his depictions of Maud and Everett Lewis.
