AUCTIONS EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT @ 7PM, and the LAST SUNDAY of EVERY MONTH, when needed, for FURNITURE, TOOLS, or SPECIAL AUCTIONS !! PREVIEW is always 1 HOUR prior to the Auction. Our 7500sf AUCTION HOUSE in LEESBURG, FLORIDA is open Tue-Fri 10-2 and Sat 10-1, for deliveries, and pick-ups.

We will auction here, or we will come to you, for an ESTATE, or HOUSE CONTENTS, BUSINESS LIQUIDATION, or a COIN or COLLECTIBLES onsite Auction. We DO NOT accept the following items: Everyday Glassware, Old Style TV's, any excersize Equipment, Used Mattresses, unless we are removing entire contents of a home. We absolutely will not take Smoke laden items, infested items/boxes, or any Hazardous Materials.

Look items over carefully at PreView, as all items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and there are no returns. If you are the winning bidder you must complete your purchase. If you have never been to an Auction, come check us out. You will only need a Drivers License, Phone Number, and an Email address, to register. A 13% Buyers Premium is added to your purchase at checkout, to help defray the cost of the auction. ABSENTEE BIDS are accepted as a courtesy. Please present any absentee bids in person, by mail, or by email, no later than 1 hour prior to any scheduled auction. All items displayed are subject to withdrawal, prior sale, and reserves, unless otherwise announced on the block prior to the beginning of the Auction. Please call or email us with any questions.
