est diplômé de l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales et de l’Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes. Agrégé d’histoire, ancien boursier de l’Ecole Française de Rome et de l’Istituto Italiano per gli Studi Storici, il a mené de nombreuses recherches sur l’historiographie de la Renaissance et de l’âge classique. Il est spécialisé dans la peinture italienne et française des XVIIe – XVIIIe siècles.

Free auction estimates: François LAFON and Christophe CASTANDET are at your disposal to confidentially value the property you wish to sell, whether by appointment in our offices or in your own home, or by sending us pictures.

Inventory with estimation: for purposes of inheritance, division of estate or insurance, an estimated statement may be required. Our fees are of 2% taxes excluded (2,392% taxes included) of the estimate plus expenses such as travelling expenses, specific detailed researches,...


Auction sales:

- Vendor Fees depend on the type of item, its estimate and the costs involved in selling it (transport, handling, photographs, expert fees). According to legal rules in forces, perception, if any, from compulsory French taxes.
- Buyer Fees are of 23% taxes non included
