Written valuations are provided for probate and auction purposes, family division and insurance. Such valuations can be for single items or for the contents of an entire house.

Free valuations are given on items being considered for auction and while portable items can be brought to the salerooms, appointments can be made to view larger items at home.

Where a property and contents are to be sold, our Fine Art and Residential Sales Department work closely together to the benefit of trustees, executors or owners. Contents of high value at risk can be removed from the property and transferred to the auction rooms for sale storage prior to sale.
