Dreweatts’ calendar of auctions includes specialist offerings of antique furniture, 17th to 20th Century British and European paintings, jewellery, silver & watches, clocks & scientific instruments, Oriental ceramics and works of art, ceramics & glass, 20th century decorative arts, wines & ports, steam and model engineering. Dreweatts has been at the forefront of offering live online bidding for sales since 2006 and is pleased to now introduce additional facilities through Invaluable.com. As a general estates auctioneer, we offer bidders a wide array of properties at all price points. Cataloguing and research is conducted by our team of over 30 specialist appraisers and consultants ensuring accuracy of both descriptions and comprehensive condition reports. Whilst we do not offer an in-house shipping service we are delighted to facilitate successful bidders' own shippers and can provide buyers with a list of appropriate firms that offer these services in the locality of our salerooms.

Services & Staff

Valuations for sale at auction are offered for free from Dreweatts & Bloomsbury. Sellers can visit a scheduled auction valuation day to meet with specialists, or for larger collections, the auctioneer can arrange a home visit. Emailed photographs and descriptions are accepted as well. The auction house also offers valuations for insurance, probate, and other uses.

Auction buyers are required to register with Dreweatts & Bloomsbury, and once registered, can bid in person, by phone, absentee, or live online with Invaluable.com.
