BIDDER REGISTRATION
You must register with G. Potter King Inc. if you are planning to bid on any automobile. To register as a bidder you must supply the Auction House with your plan to pay for your purchase.

Acceptable methods of payment are:
1. PERSONAL CHECK / COMPANY CHECK / STOCKBROKER CHECK / WIRE TRANSFER: If you plan to use Personal / Company / Stockbroker Checks or Wire Transfers, a current Letter of Guarantee from your bank or stockbroker is REQUIRED. The LOG must reference the specific account number for the check you plan to use for payment. Checks written from another bank or investment account will NOT be accepted. Routing number for Wire Transfer will be supplied at settlement. Please refer to the sample on the next page. A copy will print with your contract.
2. AMEX / VISA / MASTERCARD / DISCOVER: An authorization HOLD will be placed on the credit card for the amount of the bidding limit when you pick up your credentials. When using a credit card, you will be charged a 4% processing fee.
3. CASHIER'S CHECK / MONEY ORDER / TRAVELERS CHECKS: If you plan to use Cash / Cashier's Check / Money Order / Travelers Check, they must be made payable to G. Potter King, Inc. and a 10% deposit must be posted when you pick up your credentials. If vehicles are purchased, the deposit will be applied and the balance is due at Settlement within one (1) hour of the sale. If no purchases are made, the deposit can be picked up in the Auction office when Bidder credentials are turned in.

Example - A $5,000 deposit is required to obtain Bidder credentials with a limit of $50,000

Consign a vehicle valued in excess of $25,000 and receive a complimentary bidder packet.

BUYER'S PREMIUM
5% Buyer's Premium (not to exceed $3,000 per vehicle)
The Lowest of any major auction!!!

A Buyer's Premium exists on all purchases regardless of the amount of the purchase. The 5% Buyer's Premium will be added to the successful bid at the time of settlement. The 5% buyer premium is the lowest in the country. Not to exceed $3,000.

Autos are available for pre-viewing each day prior to the Auction.
We urge you to personally inspect any vehicle you intend to bid on. ALL SALES ARE "AS IS" & FINAL

CONDITION OF SALE
All vehicles are offered "as is". We encourage you to carefully read the conditions as posted on each vehicle. The Auction House only expresses the terms and conditions of each vehicle as provided by the owner.

G. Potter King, Inc. is not an auctioneer, the Auction Team is hired by G. Potter King to conduct the auction. They are fully licensed as independent auctioneers. Neither G. Potter King nor the Auction Team warrants the authenticity of any vehicle other than that expressed by its owner.

Consignors are warned not to make any claims that are not true or do not represent the automobile as presented. Any misrepresentations of fact by the consignor will result in cancellation of sale.
