The Great Western Auctions Ltd. was established in 1988 in Glasgow by Scotland's first woman auctioneer, Anita Manning.

Great Western Auctions features on Flog It!, Bargain Hunt, Cash in the Attic & Natural Born Dealers. Anita can be seen regularly as on screen expert, on the BBC’s Flog It! with Paul Martin and Bargain Hunt with Tim Wonnacott.

Our antique auction, every second Saturday, (see auction calendar) comprises jewellery, silver and plate, collectibles, toys, pictures, ceramics, glassware, metalware, antique and reproduction furniture.

This auction contains between 800-1000 lots and commences at 10am on the Saturday morning with viewing the Friday before from 10am-6pm.

Our Fine Art auction is held every two months (see auction calendar) and contains over 200 works by late 19th/early 20th century and major Scottish contemporary artists.
