Our Auctions are held regularly and include consignments of all sizes, from single items to complete house contents.

We are able to arrange the total clearance of houses, including the sale of household goods and disposal of rubbish.

Please consult us early when you have a house to clear, as in some instances valuable lots have been dumped or destroyed and these days the most unlikely items can be of value.

We make all arrangements for transport, catalogue printing and advertising to obtain the best results for our clients.

In suitable circumstances, sales can be conducted on the owners' own premises.

All clients' moneys are held in separate dedicated bank accounts and protected by rules governing the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers.

Valuations

We make valuations for a number of reasons, but mainly for Insurance and Probate purposes.

The Insurance Valuation Service covers single items, collections or a total house contents and includes a fully documented description of each piece.

Before preparing any valuation, we consider any legal or technical requirements on order to give the requisite documentation.
