Biography

The Firm of K. Stuart Swash was established in 1977 by the Principal, Kenneth Swash, who is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and who has practiced in the City for a period in excess of 40 years.

The Practice is multi-disciplinary whilst the main fields of business are as follows:-

Estate Agency
Sales of Residential and Commercial Property within the City and surrounding country areas and villages.

Sales by Auction
The only Firm of Auctioneers within Wolverhampton holding regular Sales of Residential and Commercial Property and Land. As well as private Clients Auction Lots are also received via Solicitors, Banks, British Rail and Charitable Trusts, etc. All Lots receive maximum publicity and an extensive Catalogue Mailing List is maintained.

Surveyors & Valuers
The Firm provides pre-market appraisals, Home Buyer Reports and regularly carries out all types of Valuation work for Banks, Pension Funds, Probate, Divorce purposes, Family Division and under the Civil Procedure Rule Determination, 1998, Part 35.

Lettings
Residential & Commercial Lettings of private dwellings and business premises.

Chattels / Auctioneering of Furniture & Effects
Valuations conducted for Sale, Probate and Family Division. Regular Auctions of Antique Furniture and Effects with a wide range of Collectors’ Items.
