Our Company

Luckner’s is the first Internet auction house in the UK and was founded by Simon Neubert-Luckner. The concept is based on the traditional auction house model but has been modified to meet the demands of a new auction generation.

Our Concept

At Luckner’s we are committed to providing a high level of customer service and expertise. By being an online auctioneer, we are able to reach a larger and more diverse audience. There are continuous auctions so buyers can place bids 24hours a day. Seller’s, who bring their items to our showroom, can easily and immediately put any item up for auction, regardless of the category. By eliminating the high-street showroom and glossy catalogue we have: lower operational costs which translate to lower commission rates.

Our Operation

Luckner’s has standardized and simplified the traditional auction procedure. We are committed to processing items in 5 steps within 24 hours:

On average, the auction ends two weeks later with the sale of the item. This process, coupled with the physical fluid movement of the object through the auction showroom, provides an efficient and cost effective approach to the auction process.
