Morphets was founded over 100 years ago and has built up a reputation as one of the top regional auction houses in the UK. The business is run by Elizabeth Pepper-Darling who directs a team of consultants and salesroom staff. The company is built on the strong traditions of personal and professional service that have been the foundation stones of Morphets.

We are situated in the centre of Harrogate on Albert Street, which is itself a leading centre for antiques and fine art and is within easy reach of main transport links.

Morphets offer a complete auction service to buyers and sellers, private clients, executors and trustees.

The Victorian and Later Furniture and Effects auctions are held every fortnight and offer a wide range of selected domestic appointments from the 19th century to the present day. Our Fine Arts and Antiques Catalogue Sales are held quarterly and include a bi-annual sale of Arts and Crafts.

Morphets hold a free valuation afternoon every Wednesday from 3pm - 6pm when no appointment is necessary.
