SMITHS OF NEWENT is a traditional firm of Chartered Surveyors offering a wide range of services including AUCTION ROOMS, ESTATE AGENCY, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & SURVEYING & VALUING.

NEWENT AUCTION ROOMS were founded in 1976 and are the venue for regular collective sales by Auction of Antique & Fine furniture and effects, porcelain, silver and plate, pictures and prints and a wide range of interesting collectables.

Our permanent Auction Rooms are situated just 75 metres from our town centre office and we pride ourselves on a highly personal service to both Vendors and Purchasers, including FULL HOUSE CLEARANCE SERVICE.

Free pre sale valuation advice and appraisal is also part of our service, Barry Meade and Jocelyn Creed are always on hand to give you the advice you need.
