Biography

Tiroche Auction House was founded in 1992 by Dov Hazan and Micky Tiroche and is currently managed and directed by Orna and Dov Hazan.

Located in Herzliya Pituach, Israel since its inception, Tiroche conducts three-day large-scale auctions four times a year in addition to its consistent saleroom auctions.

Tiroche is the largest Israeli auction house covering Fine and Decorative arts. Its works include paintings, sculpture, Judaica, silverware, antique furniture, porcelain, and jewelry, as well as Asian, African, and Pre-Colombian art. In the past, Tiroche hosted the estate auctions of the late Baroness Batsheva de Rothschild and the late philanthropist Gitta Sherover.

Tiroche achieved world record prices for paintings by Abel Pann and Reuven Rubin, as well as works on paper. It also holds the sole rights to auction items on behalf of the General Custodianship Ministry of Law. Its reputation for success makes Tiroche one of the most prominent auction houses in Israel.
