Whittaker and Biggs

Whittaker & Biggs are one of the few auctioneers with their own purpose-built auction rooms on their Macclesfield Road site in Congleton, where there are ample parking facilities. We hold auctions of general household goods every week, with an antique and collectables auction held monthly. The auctions are regularly attended by a large number of private and trade buyers and the auction system ensures that the keenest market prices are achieved. Our valuer, Mr. Alan Pickering, is available for any pre-auction valuations of items for possible sale in our Antiques/Collectables auctions, without charge or obligation.Valuations for Probate, Insurance, Family Division etc are also available at competetive fees.

We also welcome house clearances and have excellent facilities to to deal with these, including advice and valuation of contents, transport to our auction rooms, followed by marketing and sale of the property if required.
