Whitton & Laing was established in 1884, as one of the Westcountry's leading property auctioneers and soon after built a furniture and fine art auction business, now holding about 100 sales a year, at their three auction premises.

Information on and valuation of individual items, collections, or whole houses of furniture and effects are undertaken for all purposes including probate and insurance etc throughout Devon,Somerset and Cornwall or further afield on request.

House clearance for sale can include disposal of unsaleable items or other effects.
