Description: 1) WINCHESTER MODEL 1885 ACTION. Cal. 45-90. S# 2414. Bbl. 32" tapered oct. Thick side high wall action w/ oct. top receiver. Flat mainspring. Single set trigger. Straight tangs. Bbl. has forend screw & stud. Fitted w/ target front sight. Action parts retain case colors, except of right side of receiver & top tang; there areas are in the white. Bbl. in the white. CONDITION: balance of action shows case colors w/ wear, scratches, light oxidation & scattered fine pitting. Near excellent bore. (01-14639/RW). ANTIQUE. 2) REMINGTON MODEL NO 1 ACTION. Cal. 45 (2.30" case). NSN. Bbl. 30" tapered oct. has had Remington markings applied to top flat. Forend attachment has been fit under bbl. Receiver has been partly ground & polished. Patent dates applied on right side. CONDITION: near excellent bore. Metal has tool marks, staining, dents, scratches & traces of fine pitting throughout. (01-14640/RW). ANTIQUE. 3) LOEWE 1893 ACTION. S# B3434. Action marked on left side "MAUSER ESPANOL MODEL 1893 LOEWE BERLIN". Marked on top w/ Spanish crest. Has bolt assembly of mixed parts. CONDITION: bolt does not fit receiver correctly. Receiver has arsenal rework blue over extensive wear, dents, oxidation & pitting. (01-14733/RW). ANTIQUE. 4) WINCHESTER MODEL 71 ACTION. S# 13486. Complete action for Model 71 Winchester Rifle. Pistol grip type tang & lever. Tang screw is present. CONDITION: action has been heavily polished & retains 90% reblue w/ wear, scratches & appearance of scattered pitting throughout. Extractor & locking block in the white. (18-183/RW). MODERN. 5) ZASTAVA WHITWORTH ACTION. S# A272731. Marked on top of receiver w/ Whitworth logo. Marked "INTERARMS MADE IN YUGOSLAVIA". Receiver drilled & tapped on top for scope mts. Has Bolt stop assembly, trigger guard w/ floorplate, guard screw & bolt body w/ extractor. Low swept bolt handle w/ checkered knob. CONDITION: bolt in white; balance of metal blue w/ light wear handling marks & scattered light oxidation. (18-184/RW). MODERN. 6) MAUSER 98 ACTION. S# F26451. Mismatched numbers throughout. Identification not possible due to grinding of receiver ring & bridge. Straight bolt handle. Trigger assembly, extractor, collar, follower & spring not present. CONDITION: receiver has extensive polishing & grinding, shows heat colors in protected areas. (18-185/RW). MODERN. 7) FN 98 ACTION. S# 3520. Marked on left receiver rail "FAB. NAT. D'ARMES de GUERRE HERSTAL-BELGUIQE". Receiver ring marked "ARMEE D' HAITI" & import marks. Mismatched trigger guard assembly. Bolt stop assembly & trigger assembly not present. CONDITION: receiver has been heavily cleaned w/ extensive pitting in wood line areas. (18-186/RW). 8) DWM 1909 COMPLETE ACTION. S# G5816. Receiver marked on left side "MAUSER MODELO ARGENTINO 1909 DWM". Marked on top w/ Argentine crest. Turn down bolt handle. CONDITION: worn original blue finish w/ wear, thinning & scratches. (18-187/RW). MODERN. 9) EDDYSTONE US MODEL 1917 RECEIVER. S# E884584. Receiver ring stamped on top "UNSAFE". Stamped on upper right "TBM". Receiver drilled & tapped for scope mts. Receiver has matting top drilled & tapped for scope mts. Fitted w/ Redfield receiver. CONDITION: has 60% original thinning blue w/ wear & scratches. (18-191/RW). MODERN. 13) DWM 1909 ARGENTINE RECEIVER. S# K7376. Drilled & tapped for scope mts. CONDITION: has been blued but retains most markings & majority of Argentine crest. (18-192/RW). MODERN. 14) FN 98 RECEIVER. S# 015815. Receiver marked on left side "FAB. NAT. D'ARMES DE GUERRE HERSTAL-BELGIQUE. Receiver ring drilled & tapped for scope mt. has been heavily ground to remove markings. CONDITION: receiver bridge has extensive welding on top rear. Shows heat discoloration. (18-193/RW). MODERN. 15) OVEIDO 93 RECEIVER. S# a5706. CONDITION: receiver has been heated, markings on top have been obscured by grinding. Receiver bridge has evidence of welding & grinding. Payments: 8. PAYMENT: All items are to be paid for in American Funds the day of the sale. We accept Cash, pre-approved checks, Visa, MC, American Express, Discover & wire transfers. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from our facility. All fees associated with the cost of a wire transfer or bank check are those of the purchaser.
* Must have valid drivers license when paying by charge cards & checks.
* Checks are to be pre-approved by auctioneer prior to the auction (at least 2 business days before auction, NOT the day of the auction). A letter of reference from your bank is recommended to those who have never done business with us before. The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by checks that have not been pre-approved, until we can see that the check has cleared the bank. It is our policy to hold merchandise on all first time buyers until check has cleared the bank. Our bank has recommended 10 business days. This enables the check to clear the bank & if it does not, then it gives them the time to notify us via mail.
* There will be a $25 fee charged for all returned checks.
* Third party checks are not accepted.
Note: Delay in payment, means delay in shipment to you. Delay in shipment to you could mean you lose all possibility of a return, so please make a prompt payment. Speediest form of payment is Credit Cards or Bank Checks. Personal or Business checks from first time buyers will hold the shipment up for 10 business days until checks have cleared the bank. This could jeopardize the warranties of the descriptions if the shipment exceeds 18 business days.
9. OUT OF COUNTRY BUYERS.
9A. Payment must be in the form of either Wire transfers or Checks drawn on United States Banks. Credit cards are only accepted for the shipping process, NOT for payment. All fees associated with the use of a wire transfer is the responsibility of the purchaser. This includes the $25 fee that Poulin Antiques & Auctions, Inc. is charged by their bank for the international wire transfer.
9B. The payment by wire transfer or bank check qualifies the purchaser for a 2.5% deduction on their Buyers Premium.
