Conditions of Sale
This is an ONLINE auction only. We also use other ONLINE auction platforms during the auction.
All sales are final and all lots are sold AS-IS. There are no returns or exchanges.
BUYERS PREMIUM
A Buyer's premium of 23% will be added to the hammer price/winning bid amount.
RETURNS
All sales are final and all lots are sold AS-IS. There are no returns or exchanges.
PAYMENT
Payment is to be made by Check, Money Order, Cashier's check or Paypal ONLY. Once you receive your invoice please let us know how you will be paying, if paying by paypal we ill email you the address.
No other forms of payment are accepted.
The Bidder/Purchaser is legally responsible for payment. Payment is due within 3 days of Auction close.
Items will not be released, for any reason, prior to full payment being received. Items not paid for within 10 days are subject to storage fees of $10 per lot/per day, unless arrangements have been made
CONDITION
Condition requests or additional photography should be made prior to bidding. All condition reports are given as a courtesy to the potential bidder and are the opinion of the Auction. Absence of condition on any lot advertised does not imply that the lot is free of imperfections. All sales are final and all lots are sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied. There are no returns or exchanges.
PRICE ESTIMATES
High and low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and is no warranties of any kind relating to them. Any appraisals or evaluations provided are solely for the convenience of the Bidder and is not a warranty of any kind relating to them. No price estimate or appraisal value should be considered to represent the investment or resale value of the item.

Winning bidders are required to pay New York State Sales Tax of 8% in addition to the hammer price and Buyers Premium of 23%.
All purchases are subject to the New York State Sales Tax of 8%, unless a valid tax Exemption Certificate and Number (NOT EIN Number) are provided or the items are being shipped out of state.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 11. These Conditions of Sale, as well as the Purchaser's and the Company's respective rights and obligations hereunder shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. By bidding at an Auction, whether present in person or by Agent, order bid, telephone, internet or other means, the Purchaser shall be deemed to have consented to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts.
