Buyer's Premium is 16.5% for purchases made through Invaluables. Invoices will be emailed to the address on file with Invaluables at the conclusion of the auction. Acceptable payment methods: Credit Card (through Invaluables), Personal Check, or Cash on Delivery. Pick up is available by appointment only. Arrangements should be made after payment of invoice. All shipping and handling is third party and is NOT included with purchase. We can not provide quotes for shipping. We do not wrap, pack, or ship anything ourselves. We only release items to a shipper after explicit permission has been given to us. Please notify us after payment to make shipping arrangements. For larger items, including furniture: contact us for a shipping referral. Our preferred third party shipper does not handle large items.

All purchases must be picked up or shipped out within 30 days of the auction. Items not removed after 30 days will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge, up to 30 days. After 30 days the item(s) can be re-sold at the discretion of Cedarburg Auction & Appraisal LLC.

By bidding in this auction, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and these Terms and Conditions supersede any other Terms and Conditions (as in Mastercard or Visa). If there is a dispute, it will be handled in-house by Cedarburg Auction and Appraisal LLC solely, and their decision will be binding.

Again, we reiterate, this is a total no-reserve auction, everything is sold to the highest bidder, please review items carefully as they are old and in most cases have been used for 100 years.

Buyer Pays all Shipping and handling Costs. Shipping is handled by a local third party shipper. Buyer pays shipper separately once actual item cost and any applicable taxes and fees have been paid to Cedarburg Auction and Estate Sales, LLC. We welcome you to use your own shipping company if you prefer, however all items must still be paid for through Cedarburg Auction prior to being picked up by the shipper of your choice.

16.5% buyers premium applies to all online sales
