Contract Terms: By placing a bid in this auction, the bidder agrees to these terms and conditions.
In case of any discrepancy, from any source, the auctioneers record is the official record of the sale. In case of any tie bids, the auctioneers ruling is final. Ahlers & Ogletree will have sole and absolute discretion to determine who the successful bidder is and/or may withdraw the Lot or reoffer the Lot for sale, in the event of a dispute.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for any and all items when the hammer falls. Ahlers & Ogletree shall have no liability for any damage to property left on its premises after the date of sale.
By registering and accepting a bidder number for the auction you agree to the terms and conditions of the sale as listed above.
Payment Information: ALL SALES ARE FINAL and Non-Negotiable.
Invoices will be emailed within three (3) business days following the auction. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to remit payment and remove their merchandise per the terms of this agreement.
- For absentee, online, and out-of-state buyers, full payment and removal of goods is required within TEN (10) business days from
the completion of the auction.
- For in-state buyers, full payment and removal of goods is required within than FIVE (5) business days from the completion of the auction.
Failure to remove purchased merchandise within the stated pick-up timeframes will result in ongoing storage fee of $10.00 per lot, per day.
Merchandise left for more than thirty (30) business days will be considered abandoned.

•Wire Transfers: There is a fee of $15 for domestic (within US) and $16 for international (outside US) wire transfers. Please add the appropriate fee to your invoice balance prior to sending payment. The wire transfer information will be provided upon request--please send an e-mail to info@AandOAuctions.com or call us at (404) 869-2478.We kindly ask that you notify us of the incoming wire transfer with the amount, name of sender, and bank information in order for us to appropriately mark an invoice as paid. Too often, the buyer's name is not indicated, and we are not responsible for unidentifiable payments.
Shipping Information: Shipping is handled by your preferred third-party company, and as such, you will be invoiced for shipping by your chosen company. We strongly urge our buyers to obtain a quote for items of interest in our auctions prior to bidding.

24% Buyer's Premium: Buyer agrees to pay Ahlers & Ogletree a buyers premium of 24% of the winning bid amount.
8.9% GA Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to 8.9% Georgia sales tax unless the purchaser has a valid tax exempt certificate number on file with Ahlers & Ogletree.
Condition: Condition report statements are generally provided as a courtesy to interested clients upon request and outside of 48 hours of the start of the auction. Such reports state our professional opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. As such, Ahlers & Ogletree Auction Gallery is not responsible for any omissions or errors to these condition reports.
