Description

Original 10¼"x12¾" watercolor painting depicts large stone wall with brown entrance doors, signed lower left 'A. Hitler.' Includes initials '1906 A.H.' on back, possibly inscribed by Hitler himself. Few edge tears (including large, but easily repaired, tear UL) and adhesion remnants from mounting, small paper repair lower right, otherwise fine and RARE. Accompanied by a Letter of Provenance and Attestation of Authenticity by Jerry Swallow.

This auction is a no reserve auction. There is a 20% buyers premium, plus auctionzip and or ebay fees.

Payment Rules

Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Card (at no additional cost) or PayPal. Successful bidders who have furnished a credit card will have their lots forwarded immediately; all others will be invoiced, and payment must be remitted within 7 days. Lots will not be sent without full payment. Please allow 10 days for processing and mailing of lots. Bidders are responsible for shipping, handling and insurance costs. Overseas bidders are responsible for any custom duties and taxes imposed by their respective country. Proof of receipt of a shipment at the advised address shall constitute delivery. Title shall not pass to the buyer until full payment is received. A late payment charge of 2% per month will be imposed on all past due accounts over 30 days. If collection of any balance due requires legal action, the bidder is responsible for all legal fees incurred.

All lots are sold to the highest bidder at one advance over the second highest bid (or the opening minimum bid), plus a 20% buyer's premium.
